The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! the decorations were beautiful and really put me in the holiday spirit. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was great as well, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including traditional Turkish dishes that were absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my Christmas stay at this hotel.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was quite weak and unreliable.

Location - easy walk to pammukale though no direct view from the hotel room.
Can't help but feel very ripped off by the hotel. We ordered orange juice for our dinner at the hotel, what was brought to us was a small glass of very watered down chemical tasting cordial. And next day we found they charged 5 lira for it!! Also hotel staff was very unhelpful when we asked for directions. The hotel is in need for a renovation. It's very run down and more like a 2 star.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those looking to explore popular attractions such as Ephesus and Pamukkale. the hotel offers a mineral spring pool, providing a refreshing option. Some rooms have balconies with views of the pool, which adds to the overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel, including the carpet and the pool area, leaves much to be desired.

We stayed at this hotel during New Year's and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the food options were mediocre and lacked variety. We found the meals to be average and not up to our expectations. Secondly, the noise level could be a bit bothersome, especially during the evening hours. It seemed that the soundproofing in the rooms was insufficient, causing disturbances from neighboring guests and outside noise.

The hotel was ok, nice rooms and everything was pretty clean, but the best thing was the position, near the entrance of the Pamukkale Pools (around 500meters). Nice swimming pool and sight from the roof restaurant.

Location only. Swimming pool was a plus.
Well, where do we start? Plugs for bath and basin not provided. Received a third degree as to their necessity! Mini bar - unstocked and unfunctioning. Took several requests to get a fridge that worked. Breakfast substandard. Hotel was large (100 plus rooms) but had less than a dozen guests - it was like staying in a morgue. No extra pillows provided. Pillows and bed poor. Lino floor. It's a long time since the Grand Sevgi has been grand. Has been allowed to become very run down.

The hotel was close to the hot springs. The heating worked. Breakfast was okay.
We specifically picked this hotel (even those the reviews were bad) because it had a two room family suite. We should have listened to the reviews. The door would not even close between the rooms, which made it pointless. The hotel was priced for a 4/5 star experience, but the accommodations were closer to a roadside motel. Booked.net also advertised that they had a year round indoor and outdoor pool, but that was a lie- the pools were drained. We had promised our girls a swim after a long days drive. They couldn't even have a hot bath as the water only got lukewarm. We even had to go ask for plugs for the bathtub. The room itself had exposed plugs and lightbulbs, poor WiFi and was dirty. (Unsafe and Unclean for little kids). Beds were also poor.
